By sending your request for contact you agree to the terms and conditions below.

All of our clients’ personal information is stored on our system and kept for the duration of their service (training or walks). When a client ceases instructing us, we keep their information for one year. This can be destroyed earlier upon request. If a client purchases a service that offers a membership, any perks that come with that membership are retained. For the membership perks to be available we must keep an e-mail address. All other personal details will be destroyed after one year. If a client wants to cancel their membership, all personal details, including e-mail addresses, will be removed from our records. There is no cancellation fee for the cancellation of memberships. Members automatically opt in to receive updates on offers, deals, sales, updates regarding service changes or new services. We may use your information for advertising and marketing purposes. The photos and videos we take during training sessions or walks are only taken after we receive permission. These photos and videos are property of Novus Dog Training LTD and may be used for advertising our services. Clients have the right to refuse photos and videos being taken during their training sessions.

All payments are to be made in advance before the date stated on each invoice. We only accept payments by bank transfer, no cash payments will be accepted. Late or incorrect payments will result in the booking being cancelled. If a client would like to cancel or reschedule a booking they must give 48 hours’ notice or they will be charged for the booking at full price. If we have to cancel a booking the client will be notified as soon as possible and the payment will be carried over to the next booking or refunded.

Our group walks require an assessment to make sure the dog is suitable for this service. We will also need each dog to be vaccinated, and treated against parasites. We will ask to see your dog's vaccination card during the induction. For more info, please contact us.

For the safety of our clients' dogs, we do not walk dogs in heat higher than 23 degrees Celsius. Dogs that are more likely to be at risk (for example, very young or old, or brachycephalic dogs) may be refused walks at temperatures lower than 23 degrees Celsius depending on how well the individual is coping. We will however offer a home visit to replace the walk so your dog can still have some company, top up water and a toilet break. During snow or icy conditions, walks may be replaced with home visits for the safety of the dogs and our staff. (Dogs that pull on the lead, lunge suddenly, do not cope well in cold, dogs that get balls of ice stuck between their toes causing sores.)
